New Blueprint Partners (NBP) has strengthened its Midwest presence with the acquisition of a 190,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The property, located at 606 East Murdock Avenue, marks NBP's strategic entry into the Fox Valley region, one of Wisconsin's premier manufacturing hubs.

The fully-leased facility serves as the long-term home of Muza Metal Products, a metal fabrication and machining company with operations dating back to 1928. The property's location in the Oshkosh-Neenah Metropolitan Statistical Area places it within a thriving industrial corridor that hosts over 300 manufacturing businesses employing more than 22,000 workers.
